Dr. Haley Ciborowski
Haley holds a PhD in Global Public Health from UCSD and SDSU, an MBA specializing in international aid and development NGOs from the University of San Francisco, and a BS from the college of natural resources at UC Berkeley. She has 20 years of experience working in Public Health in Low and Middle Income countries. Haley has also worked as a consultant for start-up NGOs and as the regional director of a California environmental organization. Haley directs all research activities for GHP, and is currently active in GHPs economic development projects and public health programming.
Bridget Salazar, MBA
Bridget co-founded GHP after graduating from UC Berkeley. While developing GHP, Bridget worked in marketing for Genentech before moving on to earn an MBA at Mills college. Bridget was recruited for AT&T's leadership development program, rotating through marketing, sales and operations roles. Bridget is currently the attorney recruiting manager at Morrison and Foerster. Bridget has traveled to 28 countries, including India where she developed a computer technology program in an elementary school with the RISE organization. She has served on numerous boards of directors, including as the VP of the Latin American Community Foundation (LACA), and VP of communications for women of AT&T. Bridget is currently involved in our scholarship and leadership programs.
Valentin Salazar
Valentin co-founded GHP following a powerful visit with rural communities in Guatemala in 2004. He is dedicated to helping the communities GHP serves, and has developed long lasting relationships and partnerships. Val has been an asset in the development and execution of all GHP projects, including management of volunteer teams abroad and on-site research activities. Valentin currently works as a technical analyst at Stanford University.
